How Ordering Works
1. Submit Papers & Intake Form: Upload your documents and service details via our secure online intake form.
2. Secure Invoice & Prepayment: We email a secure credit/debit card invoice. Service attempts begin as soon as payment is confirmed. (No ServeManager account required to pay!)
3. Real-Time Tracking & Completion: Receive real-time GPS updates as attempts are made, followed by your TRCP-compliant Return of Service.
*Established law firms and high-volume agencies: Net-30 billing terms are available after 3 successful assignments.
Professional Standards for Every Assignment
4-Attempt Minimum: We provide up to four diligent attempts at varying times (Morning, Evening, Weekend).
TRCP Compliant Proof of Service: Every completed assignment includes a formal Return of Service or Affidavit, fully compliant with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
Body Camera Documentation: Available upon request for enhanced accountability, safety, and evidence of service attempts.

Notice to Clients:
All fees listed below are ancillary charges and are billed in addition to the Standard Service Rate and Mileage ($0.76/mile). These fees apply once personal service is deemed impractical and the case transitions to a Substituted Service (Rule 106) status.
