Texas Government Code § 406.024
As a Texas Notary Public, my fees for notarial acts are strictly set by state law:
Standard Notarial Act (Acknowledgment or Jurat)
$10 – First signature
$1 – Each additional signature (same document)
Remote Online Notarization:
$25.00- Per Session (plus standard signature fees)

Traveling to your location in Angleton, Pearland, and surrounding areas.
Estate Planning: Wills, Trusts, Codicils, and Powers of Attorney.
Medical Documents: Healthcare Directives, Medical Records, and Living Wills.
Real Estate: Warranty Deeds, Quitclaim Deeds, and Deeds of Trust.
Motor Vehicle: Texas Vehicle Title Transfers and Bill of Sale.
Legal Affidavits: Sworn Statements, Oaths, and Depositions.
Business & Finance: Contracts, Agreements, and Financial Affidavits.
Family Law: Parental Consent for Travel and Divorce Decrees.
Employment: I-9 Employment Eligibility Verifications
Travel Fee
Angleton (Local):
No Travel Charge
All Other Locations:
$10.00 flat rate
Extended Travel: $0.725 per mile /after 20 miles round trip
Convenience fees are separate from state-regulated notary fees
and are agreed upon in advance
